Quick Snack Bag

Always need to have a little snack in the car, whether a quick trip or a long road trip. Keeping small amounts of snacks around is easy enough in this small snack bag. The inside is lined with a plastic that can be washed out, and used over and over. Your small bit to keep the planet green!

Materials
Cut two 7.5 x 15 inches of fabric.
Cut one large ziplock bag 7.5 x 15 inches. I cut the sides off and the slider top.
Velcro - about 4 inches

Layer fabric, plastic, and then fabric. Keeping fabric "right" sides together and the ziplock bag is in-between.

Sew around all four edges, leaving about 3 inches open. I prefer to leave this at one of the short ends of the bag, but you could do the side.

Turn inside out and press gently with a low iron setting. Remember, there is plastic on the other side of the fabric.

Place one side of velcro at the top of the fabric and sew. Fold the bottom up about 3/4 of the way, and the top down. Mark where the second side of velcro will be. Unfold. Sew velcro in place.

Fold back up and stitch along the two sides. Finished and ready to fill with a snack!

Enjoy and Happy Stitchery!
