PAYMENT

Payment must be made within 7 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have a problem. A reminder will be sent, as we all can forget a time or two, and if no response, the item will be re-listed and a non-paying notice will be sent to eBay. International Buyers - The purchase and shipping costs do not cover any duty or custom fees set by your country. These will be your responsibility.

Ohio residents will be charged sales tax.

SHIPPING

Our shipping policy is very easy. We try to ship the least expensive way possible, yet still arriving as quickly as possible. We strive for next day shipping, however shipping will be within 2 business days of receipt of payment. If you feel the shipping calculator is incorrect, please email us and we will check for you. Interntional Buyers - Please allow ample shipping time as shipping from country to country does take longer. If you feel you should have received the item, and have not, please contact us.

TERMS OF SALE

Refunds will be given for damage in shipping only. If damage happens, you must let us know immediately when you receive the item. We must then receive the item within 7 days. Upon receipt of the item, we will refund the purchase price only. We offer insurance for your purchase to cover these situations. If insurance is not chosen, we cannot be responsible for postal or UPS damage. We pack very carefully to ensure you receive your item in the manner it left us. We strive to give you the best possible information within the listing. Please bid and buy according to what you can use with your machine.

My easy rules for buyers

1. To fully enjoy the transaction, be sure it works for you and your machine. Ask questions. Remember, learning as much about your own machine is crucial to enjoying all your sewing and purchasing. We will help in every way, but are not absolutely

2. Please be courteous of others. Only bid or buy if you fully intend to follow through with the transaction. Please remember, there may be others who wanted the item.

3. Remember, you are entering into a legal contract when you make a purchase. Just "messing around" by buying things you have no intention of paying for creates additional work on the part of others. If this is your desire, please do it offline.

4. Prompt payment is always appreciated, and we know things can get in the way of your honest intentions. Communication is the key! just send us an email and let us know what is going on.

5. If there is damage during mailing, let us know. Save all packaging and be prepared to send us a photo of the damage. We strive for your satisfaction before and after the sale.
